chtěli bychom Vám poděkovat za Vaší recenzi.
Náš hotel si zakládá na spokojenosti našich zákazníků, proto nám zpětná vazba jako ta Vaše pomáhá naplnit očekávání našich zákazníků a stále se zlepšovat.
Co se týká opakovaného výpadku elektřiny za to náš hotel nemůže, jednalo se výpadek elektřiny ve velké části města, nebylo tedy v našich silách okamžitá náprava.

  • V koupelně čtyřlůžkového pokoje nefungovala klimatizace - odsávání. Snídaně by mohla být podávána dříve než až od 8 hodin.
